Refund Policy

Except in the cases of a manufacturing or printing defect, we do not accept any returns of items when they have been sent to print. We must be notified of any defects within 5 working days of receiving the order and you must return them to us by recorded post (we will reimburse posting costs). Upon receiving the defected goods, we will contact you to organise replacement, or a refund.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable, in any circumstances. Cancellation of the remainder of the order/balance is acceptable up until 12 weeks before the wedding. 8 weeks before the wedding, half of the remaining balance will be due, 6 weeks before the wedding, the full, final balance will be due.

If the fault is not of ours, or a printing defect, we cannot accept liability or issue returns and we will not issue refunds. A cancellation of an order will be subject to any costs incurred, and the full order will be charged if the order has been signed-off and printed.
In the event a refund is required and subject to written agreement between us, Dove and Lace, and you ‘the client’ ,  will be issued within 30 days from the day of notice.
