Whilst I offer some 'off-the-peg items' via my Etsy shop my service is predominantly bespoke, with designs fully tailored to each of my customers so your wedding stationery is truly unique and personalised to you, within your own theme and it matches throughout.

This service is ideal for those customers that want one supplier for their stationery; one point of contact to make the planning journey much more simple; a bespoke service so you can tailor the stationery to meet your exact requirements.

THE PROCESS

BOOKING PROCESS

1. GET IN TOUCH

here to tell me about your wedding.

2. CONSULTATION

I will email you to schedule a free consultation.

On our telephone call 

On our call we will cover your theme, likes/dislikes, approximate numbers, colour palettes and design ideas. 

3. QUOTE
& MOOD BOARD

Following our call, I will create a beautiful mood board to show I have captured your vision, along with a fully itemised quotation.

Effectively, this will be a big shopping list where you can tick the items you require within your own budget and requirements.

4. BOOKING & PAYMENT

If you love the mood board, the quote is within your budget and you'd like to go ahead, please let me know by email with which items you'd like to book.

A 50% deposit is required to book and secure your big day. 

​

I will send through a summary of your order along with an invoice which will include payment details and a client information form

How Does It Work?

5. DESIGN & APPROVAL

I will send through the first digital proofs of your save the dates in PDF format (if ordered) and invitations within our agreed timeframe discussed, along with my professional recommendations for printing, card stock choices and envelopes.

​

Following this, we'll work closely together to nail down wording and design.

6. PRINT & DELIVERY

After receiving a series of PDFs, you'll provide approval to go to print...

This is when the 50% balance is due.

​

From print to delivery will take 14 working days, so please do book within plenty of time.

​

Delivery is made by first class recorded delivery.

7. ON THE DAY STATIONERY

If you have also booked on the day stationery and signage, I request all final details, guest names numbers, signage wording etc is sent in Excel format 8 weeks prior to the wedding date. 

​

This is when the final balance is adjusted. You may owe a small amount or I may owe a small refund. 

8. THE BIG DAY

Designs for on the day stationery are sent through in PDF format 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date and once approved, are delivered to your home address at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding. 

In agreed circumstances, I will make deliveries to local venues within a 10 mile radius of Edwinstowe.
